The Music
The Curves at Dripping Springs knows just how important your workouts are for your health so we want to help get you motivated. Music is a great motivator. It can help push you through your workout…If the right songs are playing. The music should be music you enjoy and at the right tempo. Curves International tells us our workout music should be 140 beats per minute. Look over our music list, if what you want to listen to is not there, please let us know. We will try to obtain and edit the music you want to workout to.
If having your music is critical to your workout, we understand. Some of us feel the same way. Just please understand music choice is handled on a first come first serve basis. So when you arrive at the club and someone else is in the circuit listening to something other than your favorite tunes, your music might have to wait until those ahead of you finish their workout to hear your music. If you want to wait, we invite you to check out our healthy recipes, check out the core training balls, or just read a magazine. The other member will be finished soon and you can have your music for you entire workout.
